Booking Policies
Deposits
To hold your spot, we take a deposit at booking: US$100 per diver for the volcano dive, US$150 for Los Cóbanos, and US$150 for courses. The balance is due on the day of your dive or at the start of your course. We accept cash, credit cards and bitcoin.
Cancellations by you
- More than 72 hours before: full refund of your deposit, or move to a new date at no charge.
- Less than 72 hours before: we keep your deposit, or you can apply it to a new date within 12 months.
- No-show: the full price is charged.
Weather and conditions
We only dive when it's right. If we cancel because of weather, water conditions or anything on our side, you choose: a full refund or a free new date. Conditions are our call. Your Divemaster decides on the day, and safety comes first.
Medical
Every diver completes a medical questionnaire before the dive. If a "yes" answer means you need a doctor's sign-off, we'll move you to a new date at no charge once you're cleared. If you'd rather cancel, we refund your deposit minus a US$25 admin fee.
Paperwork
Every diver signs a liability release and completes a medical questionnaire before diving. We'll send both to you by email after you book so you can sign online. No signed forms, no dive.
Courses
Course deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before your start date, minus any PADI eLearning or materials already issued in your name. If you need to pause a course partway through, you have 12 months to finish with us.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
